1. Shipping Areas

We provide international shipping to most countries and regions worldwide, including North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and more.

Remote areas or countries with strict import regulations may require additional confirmation before shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

All microscopes and accessories are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.

  • Standard orders: Processed within 1–3 business days
  • Customized or bulk orders: Processed within 3–7 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
  • Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs, weather, or local postal services.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, final discounted order subtotal and destination country.

5. Customs Duties & Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country’s local customs policy.

We declare packages accurately to help smooth customs clearance, but we cannot control or cover local import charges incurred upon arrival.

6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a valid tracking number.

You can track your order on our website or the official website of the corresponding shipping carrier.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged upon receipt:

  • Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery confirmation
  • Provide clear photos of outer package & defective product for verification
  • We will arrange reshipment or issue a full product refund after our inspection approval

8. Address Modification & Cancellation

You may modify your shipping address or cancel your order within 24 hours after successful payment.

Once goods are dispatched from our warehouse, address changes or order cancellation will no longer be available.
