We provide international shipping to most countries and regions worldwide, including North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and more.
Remote areas or countries with strict import regulations may require additional confirmation before shipping.
2. Order Processing Time
All microscopes and accessories are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.
- Standard orders: Processed within 1–3 business days
- Customized or bulk orders: Processed within 3–7 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days (free on orders over $300)
- Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS): 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to customs, weather, or local postal services.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Orders ≥ $300: FREE standard shipping
- Orders < $300: Shipping cost displayed at checkout
- Express shipping: Additional fee applies
5. Customs Duties & Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer and vary by country.
We declare packages accurately to help smooth customs clearance, but we cannot control or cover local import charges.
6. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your order on our website or the official website of the shipping carrier.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the package and product
- We will resend items or issue a full refund after verification
8. Address Modification & Cancellation
You may modify your shipping address or cancel your order within 24 hours of payment.
Once shipped, changes are no longer available.
