At Murzider, we are committed to providing reliable microscope products and professional customer support. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return policy below.
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- The microscope or accessory must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Customized microscope systems or special-order products
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Gift cards
- Consumable accessories or damaged parts caused by improper use
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Products showing visible signs of use
- Items returned with missing accessories or damaged packaging
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within several business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or have manufacturing issues.
To request an exchange, please contact us first by email with your order details and product photos.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
For high-value microscope equipment, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
